There’s something very appealing about this colourful coleslaw.
It’s versatility means it compliment most main dishes. We had it the other day with pulled pork and brown rice, and it went down a treat. It would make a great addition to a BBQ, and is delicious with halloumi kebabs. Spice it up with some chilli if you kids can handle the heat.

Simply……
Grate.. 2 large orange carrots,
2 large golden carrots,
1/2 a red cabbage
1 small red onion.
Add in a dollop (2tbsp) live natural yoghurt for it’s healthy Probiotic Cultures. (Read why these little guys are so important here)
Squeeze in the juice of 1 lime. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roughly chop a good handful of coriander on top, and you’re good to go!
